DESCRIPTION
This year’s hybrid edition of the Young Curators / Young Critics Workshop brings together young aspiring film critics and film curators to meet and discuss together with professionals and theorists active in Greece and abroad on topics such as feminist film criticism, curating female* archives, female* representation in films and cinema, the contribution of female* individuals & collectives to filmmaking & film criticism and more…
*Meetings will take place on Saturdays-Sundays, 9-10 October & 16-17 October – on site in Athens as well as online via zoom (times, venue, and full programme will be announced soon).
Kindly note, a good knowledge of both English and Greek is preferred, as both will be used as the workshop’s working languages. Participants will receive a certificate of attendance upon completion. Places are limited. Priority will be given to applicants intending to follow the full workshop programme. Applications from young applicants of up to 30 years old are particularly welcome.
