33-year old Sahar and 18-year old Tal in Israel are speaking publicly  after October 7th 2023 and taking action within their community. They feel a dual heartbreak for the victims of both sides, and not only do they not choose sides but they oppose anything military. They are  targeted, but their minds are healthier and freer than ever.

This documentary covers the period from Oct 7th 2023 (Hamas-led attack) to the end of 2023 (imprisonment of 18-year-old Tal Mitnick, the first Israeli male conscientious objector of the current war, and filing of the case South Africa vs Israel at the International Court of Justice), presenting the events in Israel and Palestine (both Gaza and the West Bank), as well as the movement and the oppression of the anti-occupation / anti-Zionist Israelis, with the parallel narrative of Sahar Vardi, an Israeli female conscientious objector and anti-occupation activist in Jerusalem.
